Among the listed targets in the compiled image, was also noted "Festival of Love," scheduled to take place at the beginning of March in Rotterdam, Netherlands, among which was a knife, soaked in blood, with a signature.
The German police announced the maximum level of alert before the traditional holidays this week, after recorded posts on social networks related to the terrorist grouping ISIS, calling for attacks on the holidaymakers in Cologne and Nuremberg.
