A German newspaper reported that a jihadist group published a collage urging followers to choose their next attack target, including the upcoming Love Festival in Rotterdam.

According to the German newspaper Bild, a terrorist organization is managing a recruitment site in German, on which an image was published, inviting viewers to "select the next target for attack," with indications of dates and locations of upcoming events. Among the listed targets in the compiled image, was also noted "Festival of Love," scheduled to take place at the beginning of March in Rotterdam, Netherlands, among which was a knife, soaked in blood, with a signature.

The German police announced the maximum level of alert before the traditional holidays this week, after recorded posts on social networks related to the terrorist grouping ISIS, calling for attacks on the holidaymakers in Cologne and Nuremberg.
